is a native of St. Louis, Missouri and is married to the former Diane Snow.They have six children and two grandchildren.Mr. Hoefelmann received his Master of Arts in Teaching from Webster University in St. Louis and his Bachelor of Arts in English from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.Prior to relocating to St. George in 2000, Mr. Hoefelmann had been an adjunct English Instructor at a St. Louis Community College.He
also operated an editing and writing business for 14 years.Most recently, Mr Hoefelmann
taught part time in the English Department of Dixie State College
