CACI Bios - Donald Fulop
Donald Fulop is the Executive Vice President of Business Development for CACI International Inc.
In this role, he
supports the company's aggressive focus on winning business and providing its customers with exceptional services and superior contractual performance.
To support CACI's
business development strategy, Mr. Fulop
is leveraging his
successful experience as both a program manager and business developer to deliver operational excellence, protect new business, and focus CACI's
business capture activities.
Previously, as Vice President of Business Development at Lockheed Martin, Mr. Fulop was responsible for all aspects of business development, including operations and strategic planning.
Over the course of his
21-year career there, he
booked more than $12 billion in new business and delivered win rates in excess of 80 percent.
averaged billions of dollars in annual sales with customers in the Intelligence Community, the Department of Defense, and federal civilian agencies such as the National Aeronautics and Space Administration
(NASA) and the National Science Foundation
Prior to his role as Vice President of Business Development, Don worked with Lockheed Martin Global Telecommunications where he was the Director of West Coast Operations and was responsible for Engineering, Programs, and Administration.
Mr. Fulop also served as Program Manager and Director at Harris Corporation, where he was responsible for design, development, and large-volume production programs spanning multiple technologies, including ground and space based satellite communication systems, signal processing equipment, turn-key radar cross-section measurement systems, and enterprise-level information solutions and services.
In recognition of his
expertise in both winning and managing new business, he
was a two-time winner of the company's New Start Program Manager of the Year Award.
Mr. Fulop earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics at the University of Wisconsin and received an MBA and an MS degree from the Florida Institute of Technology.
He is also a program management graduate of the Defense Systems Management College at Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
