The following Davidson County commissioners have email addresses listed on the county web site: Priscilla Hege , Cindy Akins, Don Truell , Max Walser and Sam Watford . Commissioner Don Truell then asked Gene Ellis of APGI to clarify the ramifications of signing the document.
Our hats are off to Cindy Akins, Don Truell, Larry Potts and Max Walser for voting not to sign the Agreement in Principal and protecting Davidson County's right to lobby for improvements in future FERC proceedings.
