...Bio for Dixon Diebold Dixon started his career in Real Estate at 19, when he bought his first rental property in Mankato while attending Minnesota State University.
The cash flow he
received off of the various properties he
acquired supplemented his
4 year education.During this time he
bought and sold numerous properties most of which were fixer-uppers.At the age of 20 he
started a townhome development which broke ground and was completed when he
was 21 also in Mankato.He graduated Magna Cum Laude from MSU with a Bachelors Degree in Finance. Subsequent to graduating from the MSU he went to work at GMAC RFC as a Trading Analyst, trading mortgage backed securities.

true passion. Dixon
obtained his Real Estate
Brokers License in 2004 and started a Real Estate Brokerage Diebold Realty.As an independent broker he went to work sourcing properties for various developers, both residential and commercial.

Since Real Estate
Sales and Financing are Dixon's passion, he
truly enjoys any opportunity to help people and help them achieve their goals.In 2006 Dixon

LLC's most prestigious awards, the Double CENTURION® Award.Whether it is helping his
customers find that profitable investment property, that first home, that dream house, or the recreational property Dixon has the experience to get the job done efficiently and effectively.
In building his
business it has been very rewarding to begin teaching and sharing with other agents the successful methods he
has learned over the years.He
has found it to be an absolutely rewarding experience to hire and teach new Agents and Loan
Officers about the business and watch them grow into successful ethically performing professionals.
On the rare occasion that Dixon
is not thinking, teaching, or talking real estate or the mortgage business he
enjoys spending time with family and friends (many of which are also clients.) He
enjoys playing golf and being on the lake, and taking time to travel.
