Dr. Dinesh Kumar Paliwal has earned his doctorate degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, India in Polymer and Fiber Technology on University Grants Commissions' Fellowship.He started his career as researcher in the field of industrial organic chemistry.He
had been teaching Chemistry in a college affiliated to Maharishi Dayanand University
, Rohtak, India.He joined Government of India as Assistant Educational Adviser in 1992 and served on this position till 1997 before proceeding on a diplomatic assignment as Consul (Education) in Consulate General of India, New York.He assumed the charge of the post of Deputy Educational Adviser in the Ministry of Human Resource Development in the year 2002.Dr. Paliwal
has published eleven scientific papers in reputed international Journals, which have been widely cited in literature.He
also has three papers in the discipline of Education to his
paper 'Globalization of Indian Education" has received wide attention.As an educational administrator, he
was actively involved in the development of higher education in India, implementation of Universalization of Elementary Education and in legislative work.Presently, he
is dealing with the Distance Education.Dr. Paliwal
has a happy married life with his
wife Neeta and has two children.
