Chiropodist Dieter Fellner has been struck off the HPC Register for whilst working for holding private session alongside already existing duties and over claiming on travel expenses fro personal wealth gain whilst working for the Lincolnshire Primary Care Trust at Grantham Hospital and John Coupland Hospital.
A panel of the HPC Conduct and Competence Committee
heard how Dieter Fellner
undertook private services without a written agreement to do so.

staff, services, accommodation, equipment and facilities for the provision of his
The Panel further heard that Dieter Fellner
claimed travel expenses for journeys between Gratham and John Coupland Hospital
whilst also claiming expenses for his
car being parked at Stansted Airport.
The panel decided the most appropriate action was to strike Dieter Fellner
from the Register with an Interim Suspension Order in place to cover the appeal period.
