Dick Neely Joins onQ Technology as New VP of Operations.Austin, TX - March, 2000onQ Technology, provider of component packaging services for the back-end semiconductor and electronic industries, has appointed Dick Neely to the position of VP Operations.Dick will have operational responsibility for onQ Technology's four US sites and their newest facility in the Philippines.Mr. Neely comes to onQ Technology from Atmel, a company that designs and manufactures advanced semiconductors, where he was Director of ASIC Assembly and Test Operations since 1989.Prior experience included Director of ASIC programs with Honeywell for 13 years and 6 years developing the DRAM program at Motorola.Dick has a BSEE from Kansas State and an MBA from Arizona State.Right now, many companies are looking to outsource parts of the manufacturing process, especially in areas like tape and reel and back-end semiconductor packaging services, said Mr. Neely.I joined onQ Technology because I feel that they are positioned to be the industry leader in this space, and i be looking forward to the chance to help them get there..Dick Neely has taken three companies, Motorola, Honeywell and Atmel, from start-ups, to highly successful business units.We know he will do the same for onQ Technology as we continue our rapid growth and expansions, said Eric Loeffel, President of onQ Technology.Naturally, we are very excited to have him working with us..
