DICK CUNEO Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LP Richard "Dick" Cuneo is the Plant Manager of the Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LP Port Arthur facility, which manufactures various olefin and aromatic products.A native of Denver, Colorado, Dick received his Chemical Engineering degree from the Colorado School of Mines in 1975.His professional career began in Port Arthur with Gulf Oil Corporation.
30 years with the company, he
has been actively involved with the community and industry in various capacities. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Association of Chemical Industry of Texas (ACIT), the Texas Energy Museum, the United Way, and the Southeast Texas Emergency Relief Fund (SETERF).He
served on the Board of Directors for the Golden Triangle Minority Business Council
, was a graduate of the Leadership Southeast Texas Class of 2002 and then elected to the Leadership Southeast Texas Advisory Council, and served as Chairman for 3 years for the Golden Triangle Junior Achievement organization
.He is a currently Chairman of the Port Arthur Area Industrial Group (PAIG) and was Chairman of the Southeast Texas Plant Manager Forum (SETPMF). He
participates each year on the Steering Committee for Chevron Phillips Annual Charity Golf Tournament
that benefits the Buckner Children and Family Services.Dick is also on the Finance Committee for St Joseph's Catholic Church in Port Arthur.

two granddaughters, attending Astros baseball games, working in the yard, taking weekend leisure trips, and visiting his
family in Colorado.
