Dianna Padgett, who has been with Omni since 1993, stated that Omni is a full service bureau that helps with paperwork, helps with documentation, helps with Medicare credentials, and has personalized customer service.Padgett stated that by billing it is always the fear that someone would not call an ambulance because of the costs, so Omni would work with Clearwater in coming up with a financial policy on billing.Padgett stated that the current run forms could be used along with a "face sheet" from the hospital that would give the insurance information.Padgett stated that there is no start up costs for the program.Padgett stated that there is a yearly contract, but if the customer is not satisfied the contract can be terminated at any time.
