Dianna Flanagan Ms. Flanagan graduated from Marshall University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in elementary education and math.She later earned a master's degree in adult education, also from Marshall, and currently has completed an additional 60 hours over and above her masters.After 34 years in the Wood County school system, Ms. Flanagan is, at present, the regional coordinator of adult education for RESA V in Parkersburg.

The graduation ceremony has been celebrated annually since 1990 and 'is open to all those who have passed the GED exam in the last year, a number that usually tops 200,' said Dianna Flanagan, program coordinator of RESA V.In addition to graduation certificates, awards from the Parkersburg Rotary Club and a scholarship to West Virginia University-Parkersburg were given to several students.
