Dianna Durham-McLoud is the volunteer President and CEO for the Illiana Coalition for Family and Community Restoration, a faith-based intermediary organization that helps local churches expand their services to families and their communities. She also serves as the Director for Public Policy at the National Partnership for Community Leadership (NPCL). The Washington, DC-based non-profit is a leading capacity building and program development organization for fatherhood programs across the country.
Durham-McLoud has worked for many years in child support enforcement, women's economic issues, and urban policy. She directed Illinois' Child Support Enforcement program from 1992 to 1998, and oversaw reforms that improved its performance.
Durham-McLoud is a past President of the National Child Support Enforcement Association (NCSEA), and a former president of the Directors' Council of the National Council of State Child Support Enforcement Administrators. Her other credits include being a member of the working group that produced child support's first national strategic plan as part of the Government Results and Performance Improvement Act (GRPA).
Durham-McLoud is a graduate of Purdue University, where she earned her bachelor's degree in economics and urban planning, and Indiana University, where she received a Master's degree in management and finance.
