Among others who addressed the conference on Wednesday were Sofa Landver, Israeli Minister of Immigrant Absorption, Yuli Edelstein, Israeli Minister of Diaspora Affairs, and Diane Wohl of New York, Honorary Chairperson of Limmud FSU Jerusalem 2009.
"Through this Limmud in Jerusalem, you are helping to build a stronger Israel, and a stronger Russian-Jewish community, and that is all necessary for a solid and thriving Jewish future for Jews everywhere," Wohl said.
