Prior to joining RSM EquiCo, she led various sales, marketing and business development efforts either building brand new channels or leading existing divisions to greater profitability.
In 1995, at a division of Canon she
helped them achieve more than one billion in annual sales and become multi-channel organization building a new Direct Division which was profitable in its first year.From 1997 through 2001 at Interplay
, a computer software gaming company, Ms. Forsman
division to four years (16 straight quarters) of profitability - previously that division had never been profitable. At Fulcrum Direct she
was responsible for Sales, Marketing, Product Design, Inventory Production/Management, IT and HR, managing their Bay Area company
successfully turned around the ailing brand. She has served on the boards of several companies and been a speaker at the Direct Marketing Association annual conference, Orange County Marketing & Strategy Association, Software Council of Southern California and others.She taught a graduate level course in Database Marketing at UC Irvine for six years and has taught in their Extension Program. Ms. Forsman graduated with a bachelor's degree in communication from Rutgers University and a master's in business administration from UC Irvine.
