career focus has been in Hemodialysis, (acute, chronic and home hemodialysis) Peritoneal Dialysis, (hospital and community based), Predialysis (program development and patient educator) and Quality Improvement. Her
role in healthcare education has been in client education, staff education, and the development of patient education materials.Staff education has been at the facility level and the post RN Nephrology Certification Program.
