Devlin spent 18 years at Compassion International in a variety of positions including heading up their artists program, leading their sponsor ministry division, and reorganizing several large segments of the marketing and development program.
In his final position at Compassion he served as Director of Marketing and Development and was selected as a member of the President's cabinet.
For the last 14 years Devlin has been the president of The Elevation Group, a Growth Consulting firm based in Colorado Springs.
Over the 14 years of their existence they collaborated with hundreds of clients from numerous small ministries (less than $1 million) to some of the World's
largest ministries (including World Vision and Compassion).
Devlin has a BA in Human Relations from Judson University and a MA in Counseling Psychology from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School.
