has more than seven years in financial services public relations and more than nine years experience in public relations with business, government and not-for-profit organizations.From launching emerging start-ups to managing large-scale corporate mergers, her
areas of expertise are in corporate positioning, media relations and public affairs. Devereux spent the last three years managing the corporate communications for the technology group at Deutsche Bank Securities.From the IPO craze to the current scandal-plagued days, she managed the group's day-to-day communications strategy and execution. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Devereux was a vice president and head of the Financial Services Group in Fleishman-Hillard's San Francisco office.

work included introducing Internet Capital Group
to the financial markets and launching W.R. Hambrecht+Co. into the investment banking landscape.Other clients included Discover Brokerage, Wells Fargo
and 401kForum. Devereux began her focus on financial services in the Corporate/Financial Group of Edelman Worldwide in San Francisco.As a senior account supervisor, she managed assignments for Morgan Stanley Dean Witter's Technology Group, Putnam, Lovell, de Guardiola & Thornton and Montgomery Asset Management.She also has worked with John Nuveen & Company, Barclays Global Investors, Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year, Odwalla, President's Summit for America's Future and the Inaugural Committee for Gray Davis. Devereux served as a political appointee at the Department of Energy serving as a public information officer implementing high visibility programs such as the Greening of the White House and the energy retrofit of the Statue of Liberty.She
worked on the 1992 Clinton/Gore campaign as deputy press secretary for the Georgia primary and as traveling press advance for Gore.Previously Devereux was an account executive with the media consultant firm Greer, Margolis, Mitchell and Burns in Washington, D.C. and a legislative correspondent for Senator Sasser. Devereux holds a Bachelor of Arts (Political Science) from the University of Vermont and has completed several business courses at University of California, Berkeley extension including corporate finance, accounting and marketing.She volunteers at Cow Hollow Cooperative Preschool and is on the steering committee for Jamestown, an after-school program for inner city kids in the Mission.
