.He received his doctorate in counseling psychology from the University of Kentucky where he is currently an adjunct professor teaching sport psychology.He served as an athletics consultant at the University of Kentucky for 10 years, working with the 1996 NCAA Championship Basketball team, the '93 Peach Bowl football team, and the '92 SEC Champion University of Kentucky men's tennis team.

consulted with the Cincinnati Bengals
