(PSC) is a commercial real estate development, investment, management and brokerage group controlled by W. James Poynter and Dennis R. Scifres
typically invest their money alongside the capital provided by their 3rd party investors.
In 1989, Poynter and Scifres formed Tenant Realty Advisors, (TRA) a national tenant representation firm.
Dennis R. Scifres
has been in the commercial real estate business since 1972.
From 1972 to 1975, he was Leasing Director & Construction Manager for DuBose Corporation, a Fort Worth based national developer.

entered law school at the University of Texas
In 1978 he joined the law firm of Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue as a commercial real estate lawyer,
negotiated nearly 1 million sq. ft. of lease transactions and handled over $500 million of real estate transactions for such clients as Trammell Crow Company
and Lincoln Property Company
Scifres is a member of the Texas Bar Association and obtained his law degree from the University of Texas and his BA from Columbia University.
In 1982 Scifres left Jones Day to become the CEO of DuBose where he was responsible for the development, management and leasing of over 1.5 million sq. ft. of income properties, the purchase and sale of over 1,500 acres of land and arranged debt/equity financings of more than $50 million.

Mr. Scifres was born in Maysville, KY on January 30, 1950.
He graduated from Columbia University in 1972 and from The University of Texas School of Law in 1977.
