Fifth St. His house, built by University Homes, is listed for $595,000. He said he also plans to build next door on a lot he owns at 3706 W. Fifth St. Scifres said he has received unsolicited offers from people who are willing to pay nearly 50 percent more than what he paid, even though the neighborhood is still in transition.
