Chief Financial Officer, Redshift Capital LLC Dennis Lakomy joined Redshift Capital as CFO in 2008. Prior to joining Redshift, Mr. Lakomy had served as a member of the board of directors of CFC International, Inc. since August of 1995. Mr. Lakomy was also Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of CFC. In 1975, he had joined Bee Chemical Company and served as Vice President and Controller of that company from 1982 until co-founding CFC International with Mr. Hruby in 1986. In 1995 Mr. Lakomy assisted in taking the company public and was responsible for Investor Relations. CFC also made four acquisitions (two cross-border transactions) and established a joint venture that enhanced CFC's base technology and expanded its product offerings. Prior to his roles during his 30 plus years at CFC, Mr. Lakomy worked in public accounting upon earning his undergraduate degree. He also was the controller for a land development company that converted farm land into residential, commercial and industrial uses by installing improvements and operating the local utilities company. Mr. Lakomy earned a bachelors degree in accounting from Loyola University of Chicago and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago. Cheryl Ruthrauff has been associated with Roger Hruby and Dennis Lakomy, in various positions of responsibilities, for the past 30 years.
