Mr. Anderson began his career with the US Department of Agriculture in 1969 as a Professional Soil Conservationist.
In 1978 he left to pursue entrepreneurial interests.
Currently, Mr. Anderson serves as the Co-Founder and Co-Managing Partner of Sustaining Wind Energy, LLC; Founder and President of the Board of Managers of Genesis Equity Fund, LLC; a Founder and Vice President of Phoenix Geo Exploration, Inc; Partner/Co-Manager of Anderson Brothers Farm Partnership; Boot Jack Farm Partnership; Anderson Investments; Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Lazy BS LLP and NWSD Farm Partnerships.He has also served on the Board of Directors of a publicly traded energy and exploration company operating domestically and internationally.Mr. Anderson was the Founder or Co-Founder and involved in the management of several other entrepreneurial start-up companies that he has sold: Full House, Inc., a Casino Gaming and Hotel Company; Red Rock Inc., a Casino Management Consulting Firm; Badlands Western Musical Company, a firm that owned an amphitheater and produced Dakota roads, an original historical musical show; Wall Drive Inn Inc., a Dairy Queen operator; Badlands Scenic Tours, a scenic aircraft tour company; SA Ranch Partnership, a Black Hills Land Partnership; and AHA Inc., a Restaurant and Night Club Company.COMMUNITY AND PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATIONS:
Mr. Anderson has served on the Board of the South Dakota Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Deadwood Chamber of Commerce, Wall Chamber of Commerce, Black Hills Central Reservations, Deadwood Economic Development, Black Hills Economic Development, Wall Economic Development, Deadwood Gaming Association, and Genesis of Innovation for South Dakota.Mr. Anderson currently serves on the Advisory Board for South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, and has served on the advisory boards for Black Hills State University and Western Dakota Technical Institute.Mr. Anderson has toured numerous Asian and European Countries while participating with internationally recognized business and economic strategy leaders.

The principles met at an unconventional gas conference where George was a presenter and Dennis was a participant.
They decided to evaluate potential economic uses of stranded natural gas, since George was aware of several high potential shallow gas prospects in South Dakota and Dennis was interested in creating a company to pursue economic uses of stranded natural gas.

Anderson also offers significant hands on experience in start-up ventures, and will help to develop the exit strategies for the Company's investments.
