Denise has spent over fifteen years in a variety of senior HR leadership roles, corporate and consulting, with a focus on Organizational Development and Learning & Development, addressing Leadership Capability, Change and both People and Business Performance Improvement.
These roles have included global remit working both in Australia and the US across a range of industry sectors (commercial, government and not-for-profit).
Most recently, Denise has focused on the Financial Services and Energy (Oil & Gas) sectors and her current global role is with Weatherford as Global Director of Organizational Development and HR (Global Supply Chain).
Denise is an experienced facilitator and coach focusing on behavioral-change work.
