Denis Brock, regional head of Clifford Chance LLP's litigation and dispute resolution practice in Asia, is to return to the firm's London office some time next year.
Martin Rogers will succeed Denis
in the role before the end of 2005.
Both during the period of his
transition back to London and thereafter, Denis
will continue to be involved in the business of the Asia region, particularly with the firm's practices in Tokyo and Shanghai, and the firm's premier insurance practice in the region.
