Prior to her role at ADEPTCentral, Lanius held various positions at EDS (now HP Enterprise Services) in which she served as a thought leader within their Global Learning and Development Organization.
Her work included development and implementation of global training initiatives and technology improvements that delivered training to employees with proven business results.
Lanius' educational background in adult learning theories and computer science, coupled with her
work experience, has given her
a solid foundation for guiding clients to roadmaps for their long-term enterprise learning goals, affordability, and successful execution while maintaining business goal alignment.
She has a degree in computer science, certifications in CNA, CIW and CTT, and is a member of ASTD.
