Dee Rosenberg, Director of Education, taught elementary and high school special education students for over twenty years before starting Laurel School of Princeton and joining Newgrange in 2001.
She is a certified Learning Disabilities Teacher Consultant. She is also a Wilson Reading Teacher and Teacher Trainer. She has extensive experience as a practitioner and trainer withProject Read, Language Essentials for Teachers of Reading and Spelling, and Developing Metacognitive Skills. Dee is the past President of the New Jersey Branch of the International Dyslexia Association (2012). Dee speaks nationally and internationally to teachers and parents about strategies to encourage achievement and strengths of dyslexic students. Dee is responsible for ensuring instructional quality and effectiveness. She supervises the teaching staff and all related activities, including assessments and data collection. Dee Rosenberg Dee Rosenberg, M.A., is the Director at the Newgrange School and Education Center. For the past thirteen years, she has been responsible for ensuring instructional quality and effectiveness. She supervises the teaching staff and all related activities, including staff and curriculum development and assessment. Dee has a Masters in Learning Disabilities from Montclair University and is a certified Learning Consultant. Dee has had over twenty years of classroom experience at the elementary and high school levels, as a regular and special education teacher and as an educational diagnostician. Dee is a certified teacher trainer of The Wilson Language Program, Developing Metacognitive Skills, and Language Essentials for Teachers of Reading and Spelling (LETRS). She has consulted with many school districts, and has trained teachers nationally and internationally, about dyslexia, programs for improving literacy and other issues related to special education. Dee is immediate past President of the New Jersey Branch of the International Dyslexia Association.

"Our curriculum includes many of the leading techniques like Orton-Gilingham, Wilson Reading Instruction, Multisensory Math Instruction, Inquiry-Based Science Instruction (NSRC) and a technology focus that encourages students to express their artistic, musical and designing talents," notes Dee Rosenberg, who taught for 20 years before becoming the Director of Education at the Newgrange School and the Laurel School.
Rosenberg is also a past President of the New Jersey Branch of the International Dyslexia Association (2012).
