Dee Peters Dee Peters, M.F.A., has spent more than 25 years working in corporate and academic settings as a learning facilitator and courseware development specialist in the U.S. and abroad.Her
areas of expertise include communication (with specialties in intercultural and visual communication); diversity; global awareness; coaching; leadership; adult learning; and information design. In 1993, after years of splitting time between Kyoto (Japan) and Seattle (Washington), Dee took the position of Multicultural Programs Consultant for the Principal Financial Group in Des Moines, Iowa.
In 1999, Dee
left the private sector and moved to New Mexico where she
landed a position with the New Mexico Department of Health
in August of 2000.As Staff Development Coordinator in the Administrative Services Division, Dee has worked to design and deliver diverse performance support solutions for HR and other program and client specific needs throughout the Department. Dee
husband, Don, live outside of Santa Fe where they enjoy home and yard improvement projects, and glorious views of the Sangre de Cristo and Jemez mountain ranges.
