Leadership Training for State Officers
Leadership is an ongoing experience and so is the training necessary to achieve the high standards expected by those who are served by DECA's state and provincial officers.
is a three-part series of training centering on the officer, management, and leadership skills needed to guide a state/province to a successful year.
The quest of DECA LEADS continues to be dynamic officer training that produces a unified, accountable, and results-driven partnership between the international, state/provincial, and local levels.
