DEBORAH QUAN, Senior Vice President
A real estate professional since 1988, Deborah Quan
joined CCGL's predecessor company in 1999.
Prior to that, she served as vice president of Nomura Asset Capital Corporation, Chemical Bank and Manufacturer's Hanover Real Estate, Inc.
She has originated, underwritten and closed more than $1.2 billion in real estate mortgages and was a creator of Chemical Bank's specialized team to work out or liquidate the Bank's distressed real estate portfolio in the early 1990's.
In that capacity, she
marketed and sold over $400,000,000 in owned real estate and non-performing loans.
, Deborah's responsibilities include acquisitions, asset management, financial analysis and mortgage finance for portfolio properties.
A licensed real estate and securities salesperson, she holds a B.A. in economics from U.C.L.A. and an M.B.A. in finance and marketing from Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
Before entering the real estate field, she was director of financial planning for CBS.
