Kid's Again / Jack & Jill
Deb Smith, owner of Kid's Again a re-sale children's clothing boutique located 1109 Main, is expanding her existing business and moving to the former Jack & Jill location of 1100 Main.
Under Smith's ownership, the shingle will once again read Jack & Jill
featuring multiple lines of unique children's wear from birth to size10.
The sign will also tout Kid's Again
as the popular re-sale boutique will be housed in the basement.
"I remember the basement from when I was a little girl," commented Smith
"When I went to look at the building to consider leasing it, the basement was the first place I went to see.
It was so cool to go there.
When you went to Jack & Jill's
you knew you were getting something special," reflected Smith
It is the same concept of lasting quality that gave Smith her
start in children's wear.
Originally from Hays now living in Natoma, Smith
opened Kid's Again
strictly as a re-sale clothing venture.
Eventually it became apparent there was a demand for old-fashioned toys.
began carrying Radio Flyers and the toy collections grew to include wooden toys - blocks, puzzles and trains so much so that she
can no longer merchandise them properly with the limited space of her
intends to display first communion wares on the main floor.
