"We are very excited about securing a permanent, full-service bank location in downtown Cedarburg and a branch office in Grafton," said Partnership Bank Chairman Dean Fitting.
said the Cedarburg bank has performed far better than their goals, which were set pretty high in the first place.
"It is way ahead of expectations," said Fitting, the former chief executive of Ozaukee Bank.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed, though Fitting
said they did require that all employees of the affected branches be retained.
said Tri City leaders initially said the offer didn't fit with their master plan, but that they knew Partnership would be a good fit with their clients.
"They were very concerned with their clients being taken care of," he
said that about half of the building is now used for Tri City operations and the rest is leased.
