IBM Systems Engineer Roots
Ms. Cole began her career at IBM as a systems engineer, earning several national awards as an IBM mainframe software specialist in the communications area.
Subsequently, Ms. Cole
spent most of her
successful, fourteen year tenure at IBM
in sales and sales management.
In addition, she developed and conducted sales and executive training programs, led international motivational seminars and served as an operations executive for a rapidly growing ATM network.

Media, Content Management and Identity Management Software
After leaving IBM, Ms. Cole shared her leadership and consulting skills with the entertainment industry, managing several large information technology consulting projects for Sony Pictures and 20th Century Fox.
Fischer International, a premier enterprise-class provider of high volume messaging, e-commerce and security software, recruited Ms. Cole to become VP Worldwide Sales and Marketing.
In this position, she
initiated a joint venture between Fischer and Toshiba
that resulted in the IPO of Smart Disk Corporation
Adding VP Product Management to her sales and marketing role, Ms. Cole led the design and launch of Fischer's Prio! suite of e-commerce enabling identity and security products, earning accolades from industry analysts such as Gartner Group.
Launches European Encryption Provider into US Market
was recruited from Fischer International
to open the North American division of Control Break International
, a European security and encryption software provider. (Control Break later changed its name to SafeBoot that has been acquired by McAfee Corporation.) As Managing Director, she
led the company from start-up to profitability and was instrumental in propelling the company from a PC-based product strategy into an expanded strategy to provide security for mobile devices including PC
and smart cell phones.
Opens LodeStar Management Corporation
After helping to position Control Break International for its next phase of growth, Ms. Cole founded LodeStar Management Corporation to assist European companies launch into the US commercial and government markets.
The company grew to offer assistance to US and Canadian based corporations to develop effective product strategies, sales and marketing teams.
Under Ms. Cole's
was able to assist numerous British, Canadian, Czech, and Dutch companies to increase sales into US commercial customers and to capture government contracts - resulting in more than $50 million in sales for these small enterprises.
Launches Kerberos International, Inc.
In May 2010, Ms. Cole
changed the name of LodeStar
to Kerberos International, Inc.
in order to support significant expansion into the U.S. government market and to symbolize bringing our troops and first responders home safely.
Expands to support Middle East clients
In May 2011, Ms. Cole
services to support several clients in Afghanistan including a construction and logistics company and two non-profit enterprises focused on human rights issues.

As the President of LodeStar, Ms. Cole was a featured speaker at the Canadian Wireless Telecommunication Association's Annual Conference and at the Messaging Americas Annual Meeting She also served as the Chairperson and featured speaker at the Annual Canadian Forum on IT Security and Governance.
Communications and M&A Experience
From 2006 until 2010, a Toronto-based private equity firm retained LodeStar and Ms. Cole for two purposes: (a) increase revenues in its key technology assets, including a premier satellite communications provider and (b) conduct M&A due diligence for technology and communications firms.
During this time, Ms. Cole
benefited from valuable M&A experience and developed numerous, strategic investment banking partners.
