With a background as a Vice President of a national Canadian Internet service provider and with extensive experience in the provision of advanced Internet intelligence services to a wide range of government agencies, David and his team have developed a number of innovative training programs that enable front-line investigative and research professionals to produce better intelligence in less time, with less risk and at less cost.
