Selectmen Chairman David Teller said being town manager is a thankless job that demands a thick skin.He
praised Blois for balancing those factors with his
ability to get the job done and earn the respect of many.
"When the hard decisions were made you'd take the hit," Teller
said Blois' open door policy distinguishes him from many high-ranking officials in other towns.
"Whether you like it or not, you're there and always willing to answer questions," Teller
"Sometimes he does too much," Teller
joked, explaining that Blois was often quick to change a light bulb in Town Hall or help an employee reboot a computer.
