Most recently, David served as Chief of Staff at the MacArthur Foundation where he worked on special projects that cut across the foundation's domestic and international programs, managed implementation of the President's long-term vision, and monitored operations.
He had previously served as the Director of Program Operations in the Foundation's international program, where he coordinated the activities of MacArthur's four international offices and its headquarters staff in Chicago.
David earned his M.S. in International Development Management from the London School of Economics, and his B.S. from the University of Michigan's School of Natural Resources.
