David Poor has been Chairman of Isis Biopolymer since 2009, and is currently serving as its CEO with overall strategic, financial and operating responsibility for the Company.

In addition to his long track record of providing strategic and financial advisory services, his management roles have included: head of Morgan Stanley's operations in Australasia; Head of Investment Banking, Merrill Lynch Asia; Head of Merrill Lynch Technology Investment Banking, Americas; and member of the Merrill Lynch Investment Banking Management Committee.
In these roles he
has been involved with both large and multi-national corporations, as well as new technology companies throughout Asia, North America and Europe.
As well as his career in financial and consulting services, Mr. Poor has been actively involved in philanthropy and serves on a number of non-profit boards.
Mr. Poor holds a BA from Harvard College, an MPA from George Washington University, and an MBA from Stanford University.
