Testimonials ""Mortgages, What You Need to Know", by Dave Muti (www.pocketguidepress.com) is about a lot more than making those monthly payments to the bank.Mr. Muti, a mortgage authority, makes this mundane subject not only readable, but useful. As he rightly points out, a mortgage is often one of the most important financial decisions a person makes.

Dave Muti answered: unfortunatley it is a typical problem that involves a deed correction. the attorneys that conveyed the title back in 2000 will submit an affidavit along with a corrected deed by the seller then stating that it was dated wrong.Once that is recorded the title company will issue a clean policy and you will be all set.Again you need to have your attorney explain this to you but you should be okay.Best of luck in your new home.Regards,Dave Muti - Mon Aug 11 2008, 18:35
