Senior Investment Manager - Southeastern U.S.
David Moore joined Stratford in January 2008 and serves as one of Stratford's Senior Investment Managers responsible for identifying, acquiring and asset managing land investments located in Southeastern U.S.
David graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree both in Banking and Finance and in Real Estate, and served as the President of the University's Real Estate Society.
Upon graduation, he went to work for McColgan & Company.
In 1998, he joined Hailey Realty Company, one of Atlanta's oldest and leading commercial real estate companies, to help increase their leasing and sales of industrial and land properties.
In 2001, he
received the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute
He is also a life member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, and has served on its Technology committee, Million Dollar Club committee, and Forms committee.
As an Atlanta native, David
has extensive knowledge of the metropolitan Atlanta area and the State of Georgia.
has been involved in commercial real estate during the rapid growth of the Atlanta market, especially after the 1996 Olympic Games.
