David Lowell, MD
Dr. Lowell, a board-certified neurologist, has served as the Chief Medical Officer of Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Cape Cod (SCC) since 2005.
During his 25-year career, he has worked in private and group practices, been assistant medical director for a for-profit rehabilitation hospital, and served as the medical director of a residential rehabilitation facility for adults with acquired brain injuries.

developed the innovative Parkinson's
Center for Comprehensive Care and later the Spaulding Centers for Geriatric Neurology
, which draw patients throughout southeast Massachusetts.
Dr. Lowell received his MD from Boston University, was chief resident in the North Shore University Hospital - Cornell Medical Center Neurology Residency Program, and completed a neuropsychiatry fellowship at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center.
