David Keil is the Chief Executive Officer of Digistrive, Inc and is on the Board of Directors.
Prior to joining Digistrive, Mr. Keil was the Chief Executive Officer of Integrated Broadband Services, a software and services company based in Atlanta. During Mr. Keil's tenure at IBBS, the company doubled in size, completed two strategic acquisitions, and established a market leadership position in the "Tier Two" broadband space.
Prior to joining IBBS, he served as Chief Strategy Officer and later as Senior President and General Manager at ChoicePoint, a NYSE global information services provider (acquired by Lexis Nexis in 2008). Before joining ChoicePoint, he served as Executive Vice President for Novient, an enterprise software vendor. He also spent four and a half years as a Managing Director at Robinson Humphrey, an investment banking firm (now part of Sun Trust Bank).
He was twice selected as a Wall Street Journal All-Star Analyst and was the #1 ranked software analyst in 1997. From 1991 to 1995, David worked with two Atlanta-based software companies, TSW International (now Indus International) and Dun & Bradstreet Software (now Geac) in several management roles. From 1985 to 1987 and from 1989 to 1990, he was a management consultant with Bain and Company in their Boston office.
Mr. Keil holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BS in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Brown University.
