venture capital experience is diverse, ranging from early stage investments to pre-initial public offering stage investments, representing both emerging technology companies as well as venture capital funds (in transactions ranging from $500,000 to $80 million).He
also represents venture capital funds in their formation as well as in their investments in portfolio companies.His
securities offering practice tends to focus on underwritten offerings of a variety of equity and debt securities, as well as private placements of high-yield debt securities.Mr. Grubman also participates extensively in the firm's nationally recognized summer associate recruiting program, serving as a mentor to summer associates.In 1998, Mr. Grubman received his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.He obtained his bachelor of science degree in communications in 1995 from Cornell University, where he was a Cornell National Scholar.
