is also responsible for the restructuring, ongoing operations, and business development relating to TeleTech's
Philippines-based operations.Figgat was also managing director for Global CallCenter Solutions, Inc. where he launched an international business process outsourcing (BPO) consulting business that managed technical and customer support, customer acquisition and back-office processing programs with multiple vendors in India.Figgat holds a Bachelors of Science degree in finance from Brigham Young University and earned a master's degree in business administration from the University of Utah.
