David Bradley Chef / Nutrition Director David Bradley David Bradley Chef / Nutrition Director David Bradley joined the ANCS faculty in 2014 as the Chef and Nutrition Director. He holds a B.A. in Computer Science from Emory University and had worked in Atlanta restaurants for 15 years prior to starting at ANCS. From 2006-2012, he was the Chef de Cuisine at Ecco. From 2012-2014, he was the Executive Chef at Lure. Chef Bradley specializes in school nutrition. Chef Bradley is a parent at ANCS whose hobbies include gardening, bread baking, and tennis. An Atlanta native, Ms. Hicks lives in Grant Park with husband Dave and daughter Amelia, along with one goofy dog and one crazy kitten.
