David Almeling is a member of the Firmâ€™s Intellectual Property and Technology Practice within the Litigation Department, and resides in Oâ€™Melvenyâ€™s San Francisco office.
represents technology companies in intellectual property litigation, with a focus on patent and trade secret litigation.
He is the author of more than 10 publications on patent and trade secret law (including a book on trade secret strategy published by Oxford University Press), he speaks frequently at CLE events on patent and trade secret issues, and he holds leadership positions on state and national bar association committees.
Almeling recently was named on The Recorderâ€™s 2013 list of â€œLawyers on the Fast Track,â€� which identifies 50 California lawyers â€œwhose early accomplishments indicate they will be tomorrowâ€™s top lawyers and leaders.â€� He
