Dave comes to AMS from The Thomson Corporation where he is currently president of two business units serving the tax, accounting and general business markets.
As president of Practitioners Publishing Company and Research Institute of America, Dave strengthened both organizations during his tenure as their leader.
will be located in AMS's Windsor, Connecticut office.
Shea and Parsons will report to Euan Menzies, president and CEO of the AMS Group, the parent company for the AMS entities that include Allenbrook and SilverPlume, as well as AMS Services and AMS Rating.
is a former colleague of Menzies'.
