spoke about developing leadership qualities referring to the phrase: "The supreme quality of leadership is unquestionable integrity.With out it no real success is possible."He
added, "In this world today, speed, superior quality, service, motivation and knowledge acquired and applied will matter most."
On the issue of the steady decline of the Human Development Index (HDI).Ramkissoon
said employers need to address how they can keep, motivate and empower their employees to be dedicated workers.
