She ensures continuous compliance for A&I and our clients, and is responsible for overseeing A&I's human resources department.

She holds a bachelor of arts degree in human resource management from George Fox University and a master of arts degree in organizational management from University of Phoenix.

possesses theoretical knowledge and practical experience in human resource management and demonstrates a mastery of the body of knowledge of the human resource field.
