DANTE L. ZARLENGO earned a B.A. in 1969 and a J.D. in 1972 from the University of Denver.He was a member of the Denver Law Journal.On graduation, he was appointed Assistant Attorney General for the State of Colorado.In 1975, Mr. Zarlengo joined Phillips Petroleum Company.He

is now a partner in the law firm of Zarlengo & Kimmell, LLC.Mr. Zarlengo is a member of the Denver and American Bar Associations, and has served on the Board of Governors, the Executive Council and the Nominating Committee of the Colorado Bar Association.He is Chair of the Mineral Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association.Mr. Zarlengo is a member of the legislative task force formed to participate in drafting revisions to the Colorado Royalty Payment Act.Mr. Zarlengo
