How Count's Kustoms
Got its Name
Koker, who hosted a late night TV movie show for many years in Las Vegas with a Count Dracula theme, is a self-taught mechanic who grew up in Cleveland and Detroit with a family that worked for Ford.
What started out as a hobby in his
garage, grew into a thriving customization and restoration shop.
added more employees, he
needed a name for the company, so he
asked for input from his
recognizable TV Persona was still "The Count
" so his
crew suggested Count's Kustoms
acquires, restores and customizes classic cars and motorcycles - and then "flips" them for a profit.
walks, talks and breathes American muscle cars, vintage Harleys, tricked out trikes and dune buggies.
sees a ride he
wants, whether it's on display at an auction or parked at a roadside diner, he'll stop at nothing to acquire it.
