Daniel Saad named president of Liberty Utilities in NH
Londonderry, N.H. - July 25, 2014 Liberty Energy Utilities (New Hampshire) Corp. and its two subsidiaries, Liberty Utilities (Granite State Electric) Corp. and Liberty Utilities (EnergyNorth Natural Gas) Corp. are pleased to announce the selection of Daniel Saad
as its new president, effective August 1, 2014.
Saad has over 25 years of experience in the energy industry, with an extensive operations background in the Northeast.
"It will be very exciting to lead this young company as we serve the needs of our electric and natural gas customers in New Hampshire," said Saad
"We look forward to continuing our growth, adding jobs to the local economy and providing safe and reliable service to our customers."
Liberty Energy Utilities purchased the New Hampshire assets of National Grid
has since grown to nearly 300 employees and opened a new corporate office in Londonderry, NH.
Saad previously held the position of vice president of operations and engineering for Liberty.
Prior to that, he worked for National Grid for 23 years, most recently as vice president.
