Daniel has been involved in the development and design of performance management systems for more than thirty federal housing and social service programs. Daniel's leadership in the design and development of a comprehensive program management information system helped Dare Mighty Things to earn the Contractor of the Year award from the DHHS's Administration for Children and Families, the Federal government's largest grant making agency. Most recently, Daniel designed and implemented a OMB-approved web-based data collection system that captures comprehensive data from grantees and their subrecipients.

As a Consultant for DMT and working with the Compassion Capital Fund contract, Daniel leads activities related to program oversight and performance measurement.Daniel manages the development of online tools and guidance documents to help grantees report their accomplishments and to assist the program in compiling data for stakeholders within the government.Daniel also provides technical assistance to Compassion Capital Fund grantees in the area of grants management, sub-award program design, and outcomes measurement.
Daniel earned the Master of Music degree from Oberlin Conservatory.When he is not working at DMT, mentoring, or parenting, he enjoys performing with professional baroque ensembles in the Washington area.
