He was towed to the pits and while it was on the hook his expert crew quickly fixed it and sent him back to the race, at the rear, for the restart.

Eiland jumped into the lead with Stephens who started in the third position taking over second, Dykes was third with Chase Edge in fourth.

Eiland still hung up behind Scarbrough tried to break free in turns three and four which resulted in the pair spinning and the field of cars passing them by.
